City reserves the right to request a best and final offer upon completion of negotiations. NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS! All documents (forms) herein and attached are required to be completed and returned with response. All questions must be answered in the Ion Wave Question & Answer segment. No emailed, faxed or phone call question related to this bid will be responded to. The deadline for submitting questions on this bid is May 12, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. This is an evaluated bid; please pay close attention to the GP&L Fence Construction Contractors Questionnaire and Grading Sheet and provide a complete and organized response. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid submittal. A Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond (2 yr.) will be required upon notification of award.
