The City of McMinnville will receive sealed bids for the following chemicals for its Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities for the twelve-month period beginning from date of bid award. All quotes are to be F.O.B. and remain firm to our dock McMinnville. BIDS SHALL INCLUDE FREIGHT. Delivery location designated per purchase order. Quantities are approximate. Bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday June 10th, 2022 clearly marked "2022 - 2023 CHEMICAL BIDS." The following volume(s) are approximate. Bids shall be per the designated units ($/unit) or the item Bid will be rejected. 50,000 gallons Sodium Hypochlorite, 12.5% weight/volume. Approximately 3,800 gallons each per delivery or as directed by purchase order from the Supervisors of the Water and Wastewater Plants. Eight (8) tanker loads per year. ($/gal)- Six month pricing will also be considered for Sodium Hypochlorite. Bids will be awarded based on lowest and/or best bid by item or as a whole. The city reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
