Renovation of an educational facility in Perth, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for Upgrade HVAC, Building Automation and Video Security including: - Replace existing classroom HVAC and provide rooftop HVAC for the gym, - Provide electrical upgrade, - Provide new Solar PV and - Provide new Video Security System. Only Pre-Qualified Contractors are allowed to bid -- Low Voltage Cabling, Electrical (Over $100K), Excavation (Over $100K) and Mechanical (Over $100K) Contractors are PREQUALIFIED. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors. *Bid results: Richard D. Steele Construction (1979) Ltd. - Not Compliant. Addendum 2 issued a Revised Appendix C sub-contractor form which was not submitted.
