Sealed Re-Bids are invited for Separate Prime Contracts for General Construction (including Sitework), HVAC Construction, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. Sealed Re-Bids to be submitted in duplicate. The work of this contract consists of the renovation and alterations to Buildings #14 and surrounding sitework as the Base Bid, and renovations and alterations to Buildings #13 and surrounding sitework as Alternate #1, and the installation of an Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to the foundations of Buildings #1 and #2 as Alternate #2 at Valley View Terrace, 950 Pear Street, Scranton, PA of the Scranton Housing Authority in accordance with Plans and Specifications prepared by KBA Engineering, p.c., Project Architect/Engineer. Work Includes General Construction (including Sitework), HVAC Construction, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. Separate Primes for General (including Sitework), HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Construction Contract Drawings, Specifications and Addendum #1 will be available on Tuesday, June 14th, 2022. Contractors who previously purchased a complete set are not required to purchase another set of drawings Contractors will be offered the opportunity to check the Valley View Terrace Site and Buildings following the Pre-Bid Conference. The Third Party Plan Review will be paid for by the Scranton Housing Authority. The Third Party Inspections and Permits required in the City of Scranton will be paid for by each Prime Contractor.
