Develop and maintain a detailed and comprehensive project schedule that plans for and tracks all contract project activities. Review and update the schedule on a regular basis in accordance with contract requirements. 2. Provide detailed field investigation and produce detailed field work documentation as identified in the contract documents. 3. Remove existing interior located natural gas generators at Morrill Hall and Library Classroom Building as shown on the construction drawings. 4. Provide new exterior emergency generators and associated electrical distribution changes at Morrill Hall and Library Classroom Building as shown on the construction drawings. 5. Coordinate outages as required by the work. Coordination and phasing of these activities shall be completed in compliance with restrictions identified in contract documents. B. ALTERNATES Alternate 1: Provide louver style fence in lieu of picket style at the Library Classroom Building Alternate 2: Provide louver style fence in lieu of picket style at Morrill Hall.
