COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements Consistent with university guidelines and the recent federal action plan, all vendor employees, subcontractors and subconsultants identified as embedded within The Ohio State University are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021. New vendors who become university vendors after the December 8, 2021 deadline will have 30 days to come into compliance. The Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Completion- 338 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed. 1. Develop and maintain a detailed and comprehensive project schedule that plans for and tracks all contract project activities. Review and update the schedule on a regular basis in accordance with contract requirements.
2. Provide detailed field investigation and produce detailed field work documentation as identified in the contract documents.
3. Remove existing interior located natural gas generators at Morrill Hall and Library Classroom Building as shown on the construction drawings.
4. Provide new exterior emergency generators and associated electrical distribution changes at Morrill Hall and Library Classroom Building as shown on the construction drawings.
5. Coordinate outages as required by the work. Coordination and phasing of these activities shall be completed in compliance with restrictions identified in contract documents.

Alternate 1: Provide louver style fence in lieu of picket style at the Library Classroom Building
Alternate 2: Provide louver style fence in lieu of picket style at Morrill Hall.
