The proposed work provides for the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for constructing the Mine Road Culvert Replacement in the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, and consists of the following estimated quantities for sample units of work: o Concrete (Grade 5.0)(AE) - 1014 CY o Epoxy Reinforcing Steel - 241,560 LBS o Unclassified Excavation - 4,009 CY o Embankment - 3,572 CY o Aggregate Base (AB-3) - 168 CY o HMA Base - 352 Tons o HMA Surface - 66 Tons o Steel Plate Guardrail - 175 LF Other Work includes removal of existing structures, bridge backwall protection system, Class III excavation, foundation stabilization, granular backfill, storm sewer, aggregate ditch lining, seeding and mulching, and clearing and grubbing.
