Construct 2022 WATER MAIN AND PRV IMPROVEMENTS - The project consists of four different project sites in unincorporated Snohomish County, designated as Schedules A-D. The work for all four sites is to be done as part of the project and they are to be bid on together as one project. Schedule A includes the installation of approximately 2,600 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron pipe to replace existing 6-inch diameter asbestos concrete pipe in 61st Ave SE and 60th St SE. Schedule B includes installation of approximately 390 lineal feet of 4-inch diameter ductile iron pipe to replace existing 2-inch diameter water main in 183rd St SE and 67th Ave SE. Schedule C includes the installation of a new Pressure Reducing Valve Station in 188th St SE, as well as the installation of approximately 600 lineal feet of 4-inch diameter ductile iron pipe in a private drive south of 188th St SE. Schedule D includes the installation of a new Pressure Reducing Valve Station in 102nd Ave SE. The project also includes pavement restoration, replacement of services, fire hydrants, and other system appurtenances. Project bid documents may only be obtained from QuestCDN as described below. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by cash or a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond (with authorized surety company as surety) made payable to Cross Valley Water District, Snohomish County, Washington in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The check or Bid Bond shall be given as guarantee that the Bidder shall execute the Contract, if it be awarded to such Bidder, in conformity with the Contract Documents and that the Bidder shall provide Surety Bond or Bonds as specified therein within ten (10) calendar days after notification of the award of the Contract to the Bidder.
