This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. Purpose of this Solicitation The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services to construct sewer line infrastructure and brine pond maintenancefor the UDOT maintenance station 2432 (Murray) at the UDOT owned site in Murray, Utah per this description and the attached drawings and specifications. This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Any Contractor that has outstanding projects beyond the original completion date of those projects, may be deemed non responsible. This may result in the disqualification of any offerrs bid. UDOT reserves the right to determine what is in the best interest of allocated funds for the project.
