Goal The purpose of this notice of call for interest from the CISSS de Laval is to explore the current market in order to know the names of the companies emptying formaldehyde tanks and holding all the permits and authorizations relating to the Act respecting the environmental quality. Description of the need The SERVICE PROVIDER must pick up the contents of a 2000 liter formaldehyde tank by truck with a pumping system at the Participating Establishment. The tank specifications are as follows: The tank is inside the Participating Establishment. The distance between the tank connection and the location of the pump truck is 40 feet. The connector to the tank is of the Quick Connect Standard type. The work space is adequate for the vehicle and the employee. The SERVICE PROVIDER must collect the content every TWENTY-ONE (21) days. The SERVICE PROVIDER must be able to serve the Participating Establishment upon request, within TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours on an ad hoc basis. The SERVICE PROVIDER must dispose of the material collected using the safest methods available, in accordance with the Environment Quality Act. The SERVICE PROVIDER must keep up to date and make available to the Participating Establishments a detailed record of all the treatment it has subjected to the material, including the disposal methods. The SERVICE PROVIDER undertakes to comply with all relevant laws and regulations issued by the competent authorities.
