This Project at the Fort Indiantown Gap shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to providing all labor, materials, devices, tools and equipment required for the project which consists of removing existing road surface, excavating for required new road cross-section (approx. 12" depth) and constructing new roads, to include, but not limited too, new sub-base, base course, new bituminous pavement, aggregate shoulders, drainage and line painting. Install area lighting throughout Area 7, as per drawings and specifications. Lighting circuits will be a combination of underground and overhead construction. The project includes the installation of lights and new poles, as well as installing fixtures on exiting wood poles. Provide a separate conduit path for future camera cables as per drawings and specifications for the Keystone State Challenge Academy located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Lebanon County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
