Renovation of a library in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, install, and warranty audiovisual systems for in-person and hybrid meetings hosted in four public meeting rooms at Chapel Hill Public Library. If you have any questions concerning the bidding procedures, please contact the Purchasing Division at (919) 969-5022. Questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on May 16, 2022 to Meeghan Rosen via e-mail at mrosen@townofchapelhill.org. Responses to all questions received will be forwarded to the pre-bid meeting attendees as an addendum on May 20, 2022. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason or no reason and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
