As of December 23, 2024, this project is in contract negotiation. An architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been confirmed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Pascua Yaqui Tribe will receive proposals from qualified Licensed/Registered Architects & Engineering Firms with experience in Emergency Operations Center (OEC) Scope of Work: The Pascua Yaqui Tribe is seeking design services for an approx.. 31,260 square foot Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 6391 S. Mark Rd., Tucson, AZ 85757. The building will include a Fire and Police Sub-Station. The scope of work shall include all necessary and required materials and equipment to meet all applicable, federal, state, and local codes. The completed project must be complete and usable and in compliance with all Federal, State and Local codes and regulations regarding Emergency Operation Center. Indian preference will apply. Emergency Operations Center (OEC) RFI's will be accepted through May 6, 2022. Response(s) will be distributed on or about May 11, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
