Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Campbell, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Campbell, Steuben County, New York, invites sealed bids for the Water District #1 Extension #1 project - Contract #2: Evergreen Place Well & Control Building Project. Work shall include the construction of a new well house/control building, backup generation, and all associated piping, drainage piping, and materials for construction of the appurtenances to support the new well and associated site improvements and restoration. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. Minority and Women Owned Business Participation Goals The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Total Combined MWBE Participation 26% The Town of Campbell is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
