To carry out the chemical descaling of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Griffon's two (2) black water piping systems in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work, and any associated technical information. Canada intends to award one (1) contract . The bidder must perform the work in Prescott, Ontario. The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers who can perform the work in Prescott, Ontario, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. (CFTA). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
