CPS Energy has engaged Company for the manufacturing, supply and delivery of one (1) complete set of replacement cold end element baskets for the two J. K. Spruce Unit No.2 Ljungstrom air preheaters, Alstom Air Preheater Company LAP-4437, 2-33.5-VI-84(92") MFI Trisector, serial numbers 7657/7658 as follows: Two sets, one for each air preheater 2A and 2B, of cold end basketed heating element 42 inches (1066.8 mm) in depth, Alstom Air Preheater Company type #22 LCE material or CPS Energy-approved equivalent. Element shall be manufactured from 22 gauge (0.028inch minimum thickness) Low Alloy Corrosion Resistant steel packed in baskets equivalent to OEM design. There will be no Pre-Solicitation Meeting for this bid opportunity. Interested companies must first submit their signed NDA and it must be counter signed by CPS Energy in order to participate in this solicitation. Participants will receive any Addenda to the solicitation and may view answers to any technical questions submitted by participants. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing, either through this portal, or to the Procurement Agent via email at KLJoseph@cpsenergy.com.
