Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of the project includes (approximately): 1,865 Square Feet of RediRock retaining wall and all associated improvements. A Cashiers Check, or bid bond payable to Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted, as outlined in the Contract Documents, is required. Upload a fully executed PDF copy of the bond or cashier's check with your bid to avoid disqualification. Successful low bidder shall hand deliver the cashier's check or bid bond to the District office at 4813 West Broadway Street Pearland Texas 77581 within two business days of being notified the he / she is the low bidder for the project to avoid disqualification. The successful bidder receiving Contract awards must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the total Contract price. The successful bidder must also furnish a maintenance bond which shall guarantee all work embraced by the Contract against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year. Each such bond shall be executed by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive bidding informalities. Those bids deemed most advantageous to the Owner will be considered for the award of a Contract
