Should any bidder to whom Notice of Intent of Award has been issued fail to, be unable to, or refuse to properly execute a contract within ten (10) days of such notice, the proposal security shall be forfeited and become the property of the City of Warren.Successful bidder shall, as part of the requirement for contract execution, be required to furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract award value.
