Compensation Type: Cost per Unit of Work Q&A deadline: 04/26/2022 11:00 AM County(s): Statewide Statewide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assessment of Rest Areas The DEPARTMENT is required to have an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) assessment of all public rights-of-way features and restroom facilities at rest areas throughout the state. Objective access data is needed to develop a transition plan for rest areas per the ADA for the State of Nevada. The Proposer shall provide an outline of the processes and procedures of rest area evaluations. A barrier removal study is required to assess all public rights-of-way features, including parking, paths of travel, and facilities. The Proposer will indicate all the feature types and attributes that will need to be assessed at the DEPARTMENT's rest areas. The collected data is required to be submitted in ArcGIS format to the DEPARTMENT. See RFP for full Scope of Services. Project Scheule : Approximately three years from the date the agreement is executed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
