Remove and dispose of existing shingles, all roofing fasteners, underlayment, and any roof related metal or flashing. Contractor will supply dumpster and dispose of all old material. Contractor will use Winter Guard or similar product in all valleys as well as 4' up from the roof edge and tar paper or equivalent on the rest. Contractor will install 25 year rated minimum or higher architectural shingles. Contractor will install new drip edge and metal flashing. (color should match or be as close as possible to existing) Contractor will use dark brown asphalt shingles to replace existing cedar shingles. Contractor shall replace bad roof decking as needed. Note: Contractors must be registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State and authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota. Please note: All labor related services performed on County property require a Certificate of Insurance, evidencing Commercial, General, and Business Automobile Liability in amounts no less than $1,500,000 per Occurrence and Statutory limits of Workers' Compensation. Certificates are to be provided to the County PRIOR to beginning work under this release.
