Renovation of a municipal facility in Westfield, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The minimum wage rates to be paid laborers and mechanics in the construction of this project shall be the building rates established by the NY Prevailing Wage Determinations. A bid bond is not required. A principal of the Company must execute all bidding documents. A performance bond and material and payment bond equal to 100% of the contract bid amount will be required to be delivered at the time the contract is submitted to the Owner for execution. A statement of compliance with Section 103A and 103D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York must be a part of any bid submitted (compliance forms are provided). The Village of Westfield reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any bid which the Village deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Village s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality and/or workmanship at the lowest possible expense, without notification to the bidders or reason for rejection of said bid proposal(s).
