Administrative Offices The Nyack Union Free School District is soliciting sealed bids from reputable and qualified firms to provide Professional Custodial/Cleaning Services to begin on July 1, 2022. All parties interested in submitting a proposal must register with the District by submitting their intent to bid, along with their email address, to Mirna Franco at: mfranco@nyackschools.org Any questions regarding this bid must be emailed to Mirna Franco at mfranco@nyackschools.org prior to 4:00 P.M. April 25, 2022. Responses to all questions will be posted to the District Website, in the form of an RFP Addendum, by April 27, 2022. If you do not see a response to your question, please contact the District to ensure that your question was received. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Nyack Union Free School District or by a bid bond for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, conditioned as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Nyack Union Free School District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept such bid(s) which, in the District's judgment, best fulfill the interest of the School District. The Nyack Union Free School District reserves the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the above-referenced fields. In addition, the District reserves the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, as set out herein, of the prospective bidder in its evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
