Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Beacon Falls, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposed work includes removal of the existing asphalt base running track, and perimeter chain link fencing and installation of a new asphalt base, urethane surfacing, perimeter chain link fencing and scoreboard. Work also includes pedestrian lighting and new Public Address system at the existing pressbox. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing, via. Email to adileone@region16ct.org no later than 12:00pm April 21st, 2022. The Regional School District #16 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals. To waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid or proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Regional School District #16.
