**As of August 02, 2022, the project was cancelled and replace with FFE-010R. The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase and install access control, CCTV and other security systems as detailed in solicitation, Attachment 02),for the new Civil and Probate Courthouse project in Miami. Due to the security sensitive nature of this project, Bidders will be required to fill out and execute a Confidentiality Agreement prior to being granted access to the bidding documents and be required to comply with all regulations to prevent disclosure of security sensitive drawings or other information to non-authorized users. Confidentiality Agreement and Request to Release Building Plans (Attachments 10, 11, & 13) must be completed and returned to the procurement agent listed as the contact on this solicitation prior to April 29th. The Confidentiality Agreement and Request to Release Building Plans must be received prior to April 29th to be eligible to bid. Once the Request to Release Building Plans has been approved, the procurement agent will make available the remaining attachments that complete this solicitation. The procurement agent will release the remaining attachments to all approved bidders on May 9th. Q & A deadline: May 23, 2022 2:00:00 PM EDT. The proposed building is a new Civil and Probate Courthouse for Miami Dade County. The building will be 25 stories tall with a total of 581,000 SF of floor space that includes 46 Jury Courtrooms, 200,000 SF of supporting office space and 26,000 SF of enclosed parking. The proposed site is zoned CI and currently exists as a park and parking lot.
