Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Point, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

No submitted bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time or receipt of bids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. All Prospective Providers must submit a Bid Bond from a Surety Agency authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The Bid Bond must be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Prospective Provider's total Bid Price. The selected provider will be required to submit a Payment and Performance Bond valid for twenty-four (24) months in the amount of the total contract award. There will not be a mandatory pre-bid conference for this project. The Scope of Work for this project is listed below: The Scope of Work for this project will consist of a realignment of Ale Circle that will tie into Washington road. Construction services will include roadway widening, asphalt milling and resurfacing, a 5' sidewalk, 24" curb and gutter, and guardrail installation along Washington road. The realignment of Ale Circle will incorporate a new roadway, 24" curb and gutter, asphalt milling, and excavation. All existing ramps shall be upgraded in compliance to ADA standards. Existing crosswalk enhancements shall also be included into this project. The location for this Work / Project is: [Washington Road at Ale Circle, East Point, Georgia 30344] ($500.00) per calendar day in Liquidated Damages for each and every calendar day.
