Site work for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
5th Jet Fuel Tank at Logan International Airport Construction of jet fuel tank, tank cast-in-place concrete foundations, cast-in-place concrete containment walls, jet fuel systems and testing, chain link fencing, chain link gates, containment area liner, sidewalks, curbing, pavers, bollards, sign support, construction phasing, support of excavation and shoring, construction phasing, containment wall signage, and all other appurtenant work. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer The project site is the former site for Building No. 6 (Water Pumping Station) located at 190 Prescott Street, East Boston, MA 02128. The Site is directly across the street from the Economy Parking Garage structure. This contract is subject to a Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise participation provision requiring that not less than THIRTEEN AND SEVEN TENTHS PERCENT (13.7%) of the Contract be performed by minority and women owned business enterprise contractors.
