Scope of Work The City of Burien seeks a contractor to furnish all management, coordination, labor, materials, equipment and permitting as necessary to complete the project described in this bid package. The work shall include, but is not limited to, asphalt cutting and patching, crack sealing, sealcoating and pavement striping at Burien Community Center, Seahurst Park, Dottie Harper Park, Puget Sound Park, and Burien Annex Park, as detailed in the bid package All bidders must certify that they are not on the Controller General's list of ineligible contractors, or the list of parties excluded from Federal procurement or non-procurement programs.
