Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Bruce, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work to be completed under this Contract No. 20032 is included but not limited to the following: - New road construction, concrete barrier curb, guiderails and sidewalks. - New storm sewers, maintenance holes, catch basins and connections to existing structures and removal of specific structures. - Sanitary sewer including manholes and services. - New 200 mm ø watermain complete with connections, fittings, hydrants, gate valves, service lines, etc. as well as heat tracing and insulation for the section over the new culvert. - Restoration of all areas disturbed during construction. - Remove existing dam and implement stream bypass system and sediment management system. - New, large CSP culvert for Otter Creek. - New channel edge construction upstream of dam. - Stormwater management facility including slope protection and CSP culvert storage and cooling gallery.
