Reference number : 1594995 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Work supervision and quality control for the construction of cells 17 to 20 at the technical landfill site The City of Sept-Îles requires professional services for site supervision and quality control of materials for the construction of sealed cells Nos . 17 to 20 at the technical landfill site. Quality control includes the coordination of a specialized laboratory for destructive testing of synthetic materials as well as the coordination of a soil expert laboratory for granular testing on site. Briefly, the monitoring and quality control work will apply to the construction of four landfill cells, including in particular the placement of a granular base, the use of polyethylene geomembrane and geotextiles as well as geonets, the installation of a collection and disposal system for leachate and rainwater. Finally, earthworks and all other related work are included in the project. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The offers of services received will be evaluated according to an evaluation system and a weighting grid established in accordance with the Cities and Towns Act (two-step system). The City of Sept-Îles reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
