Reference number : 1595007 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Supervision of works and quality control for the construction of a sludge dewatering platform The City of Sept-Iles requires professional services for site supervision and quality control of materials for the construction of a sludge dewatering platform on the site of the downtown wastewater treatment plant. Quality control includes the coordination of a specialized laboratory for destructive testing of synthetic materials as well as the coordination of a soil expert laboratory for granular testing on site. Briefly, the monitoring and quality control work will take place at two separate locations, namely at the technical landfill site (LET) and at the City's municipal aerated ponds. Briefly, the works include: Sand removal work with an approximate volume of 25,000 m 3 at the technical landfill site (LET); The transport of the said excavated materials to the municipal ponds, over an approximate distance of 12 km, and their filling; The development of a watertight sludge dewatering platform with an approximate area of 5,000 m2; The layout of running surfaces, turning areas and access roads; Various related work such as the dismantling of observation wells, the protection of a fire hydrant, the extension of a culvert and the dismantling/refitting of a fence including its barriers. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The offers of services received will be evaluated according to an evaluation system and a weighting grid established in accordance with the Cities and Towns Act (two-step system).
