The Provincial Health Services Authority, acting as agent for the British Columbia Health Authorities ("HA's"), is issuing this Request for Prequalification ("RFPQ") to establish a list of applicants who are qualified to provide the types of products and/or services set forth in Appendix E to this RFPQ. Qualified Applicants may be given an opportunity, at a later date, to compete for contracts to supply the products and/or services set out in Appendix E in accordance with the processes set forth in Appendix G and subject to the contract terms and conditions set forth in Appendix D. Through this Request for Pre-Qualification process, PHSA is seeking to identify Qualified Audio and Visual Equipment and Service Providers who can help build robust standardized infrastructure for all healthcare facilities across the province of British Columbia as shown in Appendix H by delivering quality installation practices. All Pre-Qualified Applicants are required to bid in the spirit of fair competition according to the goals, scope, application, intent and requirements of this Standard. Where direct award is allowed by PHSA procurement rules, the selected Applicants are still required to bid according to the same goals, scope, application, intent and requirements of this Standard.
