UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the tender of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of tenders , has been rated as unsatisfactory by the City. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT : This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Free Markets Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB).
