The Department of Aviation is requesting Qualifications/Proposals to complete design for a new ARFF Station building at Dallas Love Field Airport. The design will include a replacement ARFF facility that combines efficiency and sustainability by co-locating both ARFF Station 21 functions and personnel as well as the Department of Aviation's Airside Operations Division. Contracts over $25,000 (4) Debarment and Suspension Source 2 CFR part 180; 2 CFR part 1200; DOT Order 4200.5 - The contractor entering into a contract with the City are not presently suspended, excluded or debarred by any Federal department or agency from participating in federally-assisted projects. (5) Government Wide Requirement for Drug-free Workplace. Source Title 49, Part 32; The City of Dallas will require an agreement with the contractor, as a condition of the award, to comply with the requirements in Source Title 49, Part 32 Subpart B or Subpart C. (6) Foreign Trade Restriction- 49 CFR part 30 prescribes the language for this model clause. (7) Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees- Consultants and contractors that apply or bid for an award of $100,000 or more must certify that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant, or another award covered by 31 USC 1352. Each tier must also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined
