PWP #WA-2022-268 TMWA CAPITAL PROJECT NO. 15-0073 RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $49,500 - $60,500 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for to demolish plywood wall, existing roofing, and temporary truss supports. Procure all materials and construct: new trusses, roof hatch, concrete masonry wall, and perform roofing replacement as described in the construction documents. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
