Site work for a water / sewer project in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Well #18 has the motor and pump pulled and sitting on the ground along with the discharge pipe all of which is palletized on-site. The scope of work for Well #18 is the transportation and inspection of these components to identify necessary maintenance, repairs or replacements. Contractor to provide City with a complete inspection report and cost analysis for all repairs/replacements needed on the discharge pipe, pump and motor. Upon City's written approval of cost analysis and issuance of Purchase Order, Contractor shall make necessary repairs or replacements, transport to site and reinstall pump setting (i.e., motor, pump, discharge pipe and wire, if needed) including two (2) 1/4 "air lines and gauge capable of providing 150 psi to test draw down. Reinstalled pumping assembly shall be tested by Contractor to ensure that it is leak-free and providing the designed discharge flow
