The Eisenhower/Johnson Memorial Tunnels (EJMT) are on I-70 at approximately 11,000 feet elevation and provide an essential link for Intra and Interstate traffic and commerce. It is located 50 miles west of Denver. The Colorado Department of Transportation is seeking the services of a janitorial company to perform regular weekly and annual janitorial services at the EJMT facilities and buildings. Square Footage (current cleaning area) - 7,236 sq. ft. of cleaning area. Reference Attachment D - Square Footage of Janitorial Required Cleaning Areas of the EJMT. Square Footage (additional building at EJMT) - approximately 9,004 sq. ft. of living space. Exact square footage of the cleaning area is unknown at the time as the building is not complete.
