Site work and paving for a civil project in South Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general the work to be performed under this contract includes pavement milling, curb removal, paving, curbing, adjusting and replacing as needed catch basin tops and utility manholes and gate boxes, pavement markings, topsoil and turf establishment and paving driveway entrances. The work location will be approximately 4,900 feet, across four lanes of Buckland Road, where due to traffic, the work is to be done mainly during nighttime hours. The Town of South Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, defect or irregularity in any or all bids if such action is in the best interests of the Town.
