The Contractor shall, for the price bid, furnish all materials as specified, do all excavating, cutting, breaking and patching or replacement of concrete as required, install poles, bases, conduit, ground rods, elbows and extensions, wire, all controls and all street lighting equipment indicated by these plans and specifications, do all concrete, electrical and other incidental work necessary for the completion necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. These plans and specifications contemplate and comprise an acceptable and complete job of electrical work in all its categories. It is understood that upon completion of the work, new street lighting will be installed and in operation on all the areas covered, all in accordance with these plans and specifications. The street lighting circuit on State Street and Main Street from 5th Street to State Street is fed from the control cabinet located at Crosswalk Park, 317 Main Street.
