Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (Board) requests qualifications from experienced firms to provide Professional Engineering, Design, and Related Services. Anticipated projects and activities include repairs and upgrades of existing facilities, and design of new facilities, related to both on-going priorities and potential future work funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of 2021. Firms are invited to qualify for any or all project groups and services based on their experience and expertise. Note: It is anticipated that the pool of applicants established by the Selection Committee will be valid for a period of 5 years. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
