The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed proposals in the Mary Stuart Rogers Building, room MSR270, at the above address, for the design and construction of the Naraghi Hall of Science Lighting Retrofit Project 14806, for the California State University, Stanislaus campus. In general, the work consists of the replacement of an existing Lutron Ecosystem with fluorescent lighting technology to a new wireless network based lighting control system with new LED light fixtures, installed in accordance to Title 24 Energy Code and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Pezzoni Engineering; 1145 9th Street, Suite 1415, Modesto, CA 95354; Kevin Pezzoni, Principal Engineer; telephone: 209-554-4602. Engineer's construction estimate is $2,500,000. Each bidder offering a proposal must comply with Bidding provisions of Article 2.00 et seq. in the Contract General Conditions. Bidders must be prequalified with the Trustees and submit their prequalification applications no less than ten (10) business days prior to the bid due date.
