Site work for a municipal facility in Spencer, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Excavating and Concrete Installation All dimensions are approximate and to be verified by the bidder. All concrete will be 4000 psi with broom finish, contain wire mesh, and have standard expansion joints every 100 sq.ft.. New concrete will be level with the existing concrete. Section 1- Concrete Entrance Drive: 8 inches of concrete 20' x 55' x 8" from the end of the existing concrete to the road w/ an additional flare where it joins the existing asphalt road to create a straighter entrance from the road. Existing gravel excavated from this area will be spread adjacent to the new concrete (truck parking area). Section 2 - Oval Center Area: 8 inches of concrete 35' x 60' x 8" area between entrance drives from existing concrete and Section 1 to the road Excavated dirt from this area can be dumped over the hillside at the far edge of the property. Any clearance and/or permits required will be obtained by the bidder. Bids must include proof of valid insurance, applicable licenses and worker's comp coverage (or waiver from WV).
