This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete this project: Renovate Marketing Space, Wu Centre, Fredericton Campus, University of New Brunswick Project includes the removal and disposal of existing building and section of tunnel. Exterior improvements such as landscaping, asphalt road reinstatement and garden area will also be provided in this project. Works shall be done in accordance with Technical Specifications - Section 00 85 00 and Scope/General Requirements - Section 01 00 01. The project shall be completed by July 8th, 2022 . Site is available on award of tender. Work shall also be scheduled to minimize disruption. The successful contractor shall provide a schedule showing continuous work from commencement to completion of the project. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission.
