The estimated value of the procurement is between $3,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking Interested Vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel, equipment, capability and bonding capacity to perform major maintenance and repair to buildings 440 & building 438 at the Ft. Wadsworth Housing Campus in Staten Island, NY. The work includes structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection work. The performance period is estimated to be 425 calendar days.
