Site work for a civil project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
The work consists of removal of an existing 8-inch diameter C900 PVC carrier pipe within an existing 14-inch diameter steel casing connected at each end with a concrete structural support, along with manholes, flow control, surface restoration, and other related work. The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: Garden Street Sewer Reconstruction The Project Engineer is the Boise City Engineer or his designated representative who is hereinafter called ENGINEER and who is to act as OWNER's representative, assume all duties and responsibilities, and have the rights and authority assigned to ENGINEER in the Contract Documents in connection with the completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents
