This Request for Proposal will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award to Rehabilitate Cooling Towers at, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. This Solicitation is restricted to business entities in SBA Region IV (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee). The Government will perform proposal analysis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.404 when evaluating the Offeror's proposal. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
