Reference number : 1608736 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Town of Malartic is requesting bids for lighting work on rue des Cantons, including the supply, installation and connection of streetlights. In addition, the supply of a lamp post and installation work are also required for the replacement of a lamp post at the intersection of rue des Pins and 4 e Avenue. It should be noted that the concrete base and the underground conduits for this lamppost are already built. To obtain any additional information regarding this bid request, the bidder must send his request in writing to Ms. Kathy Gauthier, court clerk , at 901, rue Royale, Malartic, (Québec), J0Y 1Z0, or by fax at ( 819) 757-3084 or by email at greffiere@ville.malartic.qc.ca. No oral information obtained in relation to this call for tenders engages the responsibility of the City, one of its representatives, agents or employees. Any complaints regarding the public tender process must be filed no later than Monday, June 6, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation, liability or cost of any kind towards the tenderer(s). If it is in the interest of the City, the latter may disregard all defects in form or minor defects that a tender may contain. Cancelled - Plans to retender has not been determined.
