Estimated Project Value: $0 - $500,000 The work consists of constructing a glazed aluminum storefront system including doors with access control and adjustment of a mechanical ventilation return located at: STUDENT UNION 2921 Spirit Drive Anchorage, AK 99508 Due to the COVID-19, the University of Alaska has imposed a restriction limiting group gatherings. To comply with this restriction UAA Facilities Planning & Construction will be conducting a pre-bid conference via teleconference to be followed by a restricted walkthrough of the project site. IMPORTANT - due to the COVID-19 restrictions, University of Alaska Anchorage facilities have limited access, this facility will be locked and in order to ensure access to the facility for the pre-bid walkthrough interested parties shall be present at the time stated above for the walkthrough. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Neither the Owner nor the Architect shall be held responsible for errors in downloading or the printing of incomplete sets of documents by the bidder(s).
