This bid is for furnishing, to the City of Revere, all labor and materials for Cleaning Services for Revere Police Headquarters, according to specifications. Each bid submitted to the City of Revere must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, money order, certified check, cashier's check, or treasurer's check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the first year's value of the proposed bid. Checks must be made payable to the City of Revere. The City of Revere as the awarding authority, may accept any bid or portion of a bid, waive any informality in a bid, investigate the ability of the vendors to honor a bid, reject any and all bids, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere. The City of Revere reserves the right to negotiate and amend the scope of services. It is the policy of the City of Revere to take positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) business days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
