Perpetuation project to resurface and overlay 3.75" of HMA on approximately 12.1 miles of WIS 29 from CTH D to STH 13 in Clark County and includes concrete pavement repair, concrete centerline repair, cleaning and patching concrete joints with HMA Pavement. Ramps will receive a 2.75" HMA Overlay. Additional work includes Polymer Overlays to B-10-0022, B-10-0173, B-10-0023, & B-10-0174, High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST), curb and gutter, cleaning ditches, cleaning culverts, replacing endwalls, relaying culverts, gravel shouldering, beam guard replacements and adjusting, Type I sign replacements, pavement marking, and site restoration. The work will be staged under traffic utilizing long-term continuous single-lane closures. Anticipated Construction Cost: $17,000,000-$19,999,999 The contract price will be based on the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution.
