Remove fill material over the culvert @ 5.10 and place on new road alignment, the existing road 5626 or other designated areas. Construct 4 water bars. Item 2 - Road 5742. Furnish, haul, place, and compact SD DOT 3/4 " Gravel Surfacing, at various spots on the road. Construct 6 water bars.
